This simple salad is perfect for hot summer days – it’s easy to make, refreshing and loaded with health benefits.
Ingredients:
- 1 large banana, thinly sliced
- 1 – 1/1/2 cups green seedless grapes
- 2 mangoes, cut and cubed, or 1 mango cubed and 1 peach, pitted and cut into chunks
- 6 ounces fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup orange juice,
- 1 teaspoon sugar, or to taste
Preparation:
1. In a small bowl, combine the sugar with orange juice.2. Combine the fruit in a bowl and toss gently. Drizzle the orange juice and sugar mixture over the salad.
3. Cover salad and chill. Toss gently again before serving.
